Announcements
Various announcements and intercepts are delivered from PBXs on PhoneNet. Many of them have a corresponding directory number.
If you hear an intercept while dialing on PhoneNet and need to report a potential issue, please take note of the numbers played during the announcement as this helps identify the switch that generated the announcement and potentially where an issue may lie
