In the past week we've rolled out the new authentication system that will be used for most PhoneNet services including the upcoming portal, the Service Desk, Jira, Confluence, and other services over time.
Even if you already have a Jira account the first time you login you will need to create a PhoneNet account. If you use the same email address as your existing Jira account they will be linked automatically and no further action is required.
This is a one-time only step and the new PhoneNet account will get you into many things moving forward
