All stations on PhoneNet are assigned a class of service that provides calling privileges required by their user profile.
The various class of service levels on PhoneNet are:

4 | Immediate | + North America |
5 | Flash | + North America w/ Flash |
6 | Flash | + AU Landlines |
7 | Flash | + AU Mobiles |
8 | Flash Override | + International |
9 | Flash Override | + Emergency (000 / 911) |
10 | Flash Override | Residence. No restrictions. |
