Avaya IP Office

Both H323 and SIP phones are supported on Avaya IP Office including:

• Avaya 1600 series
• Avaya 9600 series
• Avaya J100 series

Cisco Unified Communications Manager

Most SIP phones that are supported in version 14, including:

• Cisco 7800 series
• Cisco 8800 series
• Cisco 9900 series

We do not support SCCP phones, and we are unable to support phones that were deprecated before CUCM version 14 such as the 7970 and 7971.
