The switchboard operator is your first point of contact and can be reached by dialing 791-1111 or just 1111. The switchboard can assist you with reaching other PhoneNet users, or provide guidance if you are unable to place a call.
There are currently three switchboard operators located around the world but despite our timezone coverage there are times when an operator is not available and you may leave a message for your call to be returned.
