IP Office uses Voicemail Pro in Intuity (Audix) mode for voicemail and your mailbox will be configured by the system administrator with the settings appropriate for your user type.
We have Visual Voicemail available for supported Avaya sets and the telephony user interface is also available. Messages can also be delivered as attachments to your email, or viewed and downloaded in the User Portal.
To access your mailbox, press the messages button on your phone or dial *17 from your own phone. If calling from another phone dial 791-2299.
You may also reach messaging from peered networks or by dialing our PSTN access numbers:
- Australia: +61 2 8403 2299
- United States: +1 424 250 2299
When you first login the system will guide you through the initial mailbox setup.
The following is a summary of options available when logging into the telephony user interface (TUI). You may also view the detailed user manual.
